Three steps, one deposit

  1. Choose your pair

Pick what you send and what you want back. The rate you see already includes all network and service fees.

  2. Paste your wallet address

Tell us where the coins should go. We check the address format before anything is created, and you can add a refund address just in case.

  3. Send the deposit

Scan the QR code or copy the address and send the exact amount. The swap runs automatically and this page tracks it until the coins arrive.

Questions people ask before their first swap

Do I need an account?

No. You only need a wallet address to receive the coins. Nothing to sign up for and no password to remember.

What is the difference between floating and fixed rate?

Floating follows the market. You get whatever the rate is when your deposit is confirmed, which is usually slightly better. Fixed locks the quoted amount for a short window, so what you see is exactly what you get, as long as the deposit arrives in time.

How long does a swap take?

Usually 10 to 30 minutes. Most of that is waiting for the sending network to confirm your deposit. Bitcoin and Monero are slower than Solana or Tron.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The amount shown as "You get" is what arrives in your wallet. Network fees and the service fee are already taken out of the quote.

What if I send the wrong amount?

Floating-rate swaps are recalculated for the amount that actually arrived. For fixed-rate swaps, a different amount is refunded to your refund address, which is why adding one is a good idea.

Who actually performs the exchange?

BuxBunny.finance routes your swap through non-custodial liquidity partners. Your coins go straight from your wallet to the deposit address and the swapped coins come back to the address you gave. BuxBunny.finance never holds a balance for you.

Will I be asked for ID?

Almost never. In rare cases automated risk checks flag a deposit and ask for verification before releasing it. If that happens the status page will tell you what to do.
